Replace and Cancelation Policy

In the event that items are damaged, we will replace them after initiating replacement within three days after delivery and returning the damaged goods.

If an order is cancelled before it is sent, the transaction money will be returned via the same method within 7 to 14 working days.

If an order is cancelled after it has been received and the shopper has been assigned and begun shopping, the customer will be charged a fee to compensate the store(s) for the difficulty of having to repackage the items as well as the time spent by the shopper.
